Our philosophy: simplicity, freshness, authenticity
At Ristorante Da Forner, our kitchen is inspired by the desire to offer a true taste of the Venetian lagoon. We respect tradition but like to add a little creativity to surprise our guests. Our menu changes with the seasons and the daily catch, because we believe the secret of every dish is in the freshness of the ingredients.
Every morning, we personally choose the best fish from the local market: sea bass, sea bream, cuttlefish, clams, and other treasures from the sea. These become the stars of our recipes, prepared with care and respect for tradition, but always with attention to detail.
